I remember our family’s Caravan that we had when I started driving (around 2004, I think it was a 2003 model year, though) and it had a parking brake pedal which required some contortion to press with your feet and a hand-operated mechanism to release. Ours was automatic, therefore one of two vehicles I’ve driven equipped with three pedals.
